BLACK SUN / 1ST SINGLE FROM THE #LADYDYNAMITE / WATCH IT NOW!

SHORT BIO

Acclaimed for her four-octave voice and fearless musical imagination, Karo Glazer is a powerhouse vocal artist, composer, and producer who treats the human voice as a limitless instrument — the core of her songwriting, arrangement, and production. Rooted in jazz improvisation and powered by fearless production, she builds a signature vocal architecture, shaping texture, distortion, harmony, and space into emotional sensations you can feel in your body. Her signature isn’t a genre — it’s a method: Into the Voice — moody by default, cinematic in atmosphere, and unapologetically bold when it hits. She is recognised for genre-defying work that connects analog warmth and vintage soul sensibility with forward-leaning, immersive sound.

Her path has been a slow burn toward truth. From a girl with a guitar to a respected presence in jazz and collaborations with world-class musicians, she learned scale, precision, and the art of tension and release. Yet on every record — regardless of style — there was always a piece built from voice alone. As her vision sharpened, she chose creative independence and returns with a bold statement of artistic freedom — creating against algorithms and choosing music made by humans, in a self-created rebirth blending alternative edge, soul intensity, and jazz mastery.

That same impulse sparked a new live concept: Immersive Voice Experience — an expanding format where the voice becomes a cinematic world, shaped through spatial vocal design and scaling from intimate solo performances to immersive live and studio environments.

“For me, everything starts with one breath, one note, one voice. It is the rhythm, the heart, and the spirit of my composing. You quiet the mind, take one breath, then another — and suddenly, a powerhouse orchestra begins to play from within you.”

Recognized by Tom Waits and members of Coldplay at the International Songwriting Competition, Glazer has collaborated with artists and creators including Lars Danielsson, Mike Stern, Klaus Doldinger, John Taylor, and Grammy-winning producers Martin Walters (Esperanza Spalding, Spyro Gyra) and Flemming Rasmussen (Metallica, Rainbow). The press has described her as “a true singing asset and the best Poland has to offer,” and guitarist Mike Stern summed up her impact: “She is not a girl — she is Dynamite.”

On May 24, 2025, Glazer made history performing a solo concert at Abbey Road Studio 2 — the legendary room of The Beatles. The intimate 20-seat performance, played by the band on the studio’s iconic instruments, was recorded and filmed for wider release. Alongside the audio-visual release, Glazer is also currently developing #Lady Dynamite: Live at Studio 2 — a live album drawn from her Abbey Road recordings — while continuing to build the next phase of Immersive Voice Experience.

Beyond jazz vocal studies, Glazer also studied architecture, and that discipline shapes her work across sound and visuals. Spatial audio is a natural consequence of her artistic path and vocal experiments. Her visual language has reached global audiences through original GIFs and stickers on GIPHY (340M+ views), while her broader creative output includes large-scale works such as Illumination — an immersive ballet directed by Bolshoi dancer Alexey Torgunakov — and the score for the theatre play Wisława, inspired by Nobel Prize–winning poet Wisława Szymborska. After the premiere of her debut album “Normal” released by German label JARO Medien, her name was mentioned by Der Spiegel and her concerts were covered by TV stations such as: Deutsche Welle and NDR. Concert venues were filled to capacity during her appearances on: Open’er Festival and Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival. She supported the concerts of such stars as Gotan Project, Marcus Miller and James Carter. She has worked on international music projects from Los Angeles, throw London to even Cairo. She is an author of over 300 compositions. Today, as co-founder of RED PRODUCERS, she builds independent production frameworks bridging artists, technologists, and brands, and through Music Is Her Name (2025) she mentors women as producers, composers, and leaders. She controls her masters — not to stay alone, but to build what comes next with the right partners.
